Guys, am in a state of dilema, have a girl friend who was married but now is divorse. she said she need me back at all cost but i still considered her married since the husband is alive. pls need advise

As long as she is divorced you can go ahead with her or did her former husband not sign the divorce papers ? if yes they are no longer husband and wife they are now ex. but you should also think twice cause for me i cant do it.
