i will like to know more about any free international scholarship scheme or program in u.s.a,england,australia or canada.

Any aid available would only go to the best of the best.

Would you consider yourself top notch academically? Let's say in any particular year, aid was being awarded to 50 of the best students in Nigeria that year, would you fall in that category?

If your answer is no, then don't even waste your time looking for a scholarship oversees.

I know that [b]Bureau for External Aid[/b] used to grant scholarships. I'm not sure if that still exists. There have been students who received scholarships through the program to places such as Bulgaria, Russia, Romania, Hungary, Germany, Sweden, etc. Research online to see if it still exists.
