Some people dont mind getting married to their cousin.
Especially the hausa's or muslim's.

So wat do u guys think abt these.

First, define what you mean by cousin, so people would know exactly what you are referring to.

Even a relative by blood or marriage.

Even further down the line, a cousin can be:

A child of a first cousin of one's parent.

In both cases above, it is referred to as second cousin.

I think as long as there's three degree of separation, society should not object to it.

The reason that marrying within ones family circle is bad is that certain rare genetic diseases could be amplified in the society. It happened in Sweden, where the Swedes only married within a narrow pool for a long time. As a result, certain genetic diseases started to appear among the people. The same is true of Jewish people.

Yea even the royal family of England used to marry from the family until haemophilia(difficulty of blood to form clot upon injury) almost wiped them out, then they started marrying from outside to correct the genetic disorder.

I don't know if it's absurd. Some cultures actually encourage it. No European country prohibits marriage between first cousins. It is also legal throughout Canada and Mexico to marry your cousin. The USA is the only western country with cousin marriage restrictions.

Second cousins have little, if any increased chance of having children with birth defects, per the book "Clinical Genetics Handbook".

The range of cousin marriages in Saudi Arabia is 80+ percent.

Albert Einstein, Charles Darwin, Franklin D. Roosevelt, Sir John A. MacDonald, all married their cousins.
