What does Nigerian citizenship depend on:
Dad,
Mum,
or both?

In other words, if a Nigerian woman gets married to a foreigner who does not have Nigerian citizenship, would their children be Nigerians?

Also, if a Nigerian man gets married to a foreigner who does not have Nigerian citizenship, would their children be Nigerians?
